The details below outline the anticipated work and anticipated timelines for development. While it is hoped that the timelines shared can be met, circumstances may make adjusting these timelines a necessity. As always, stay tuned to Sanji social channels for all info: TG: X: Quarter 2 2025: Finalization of *Sanji 'n Frens TG bot* and completion of Phase 1 of dapp design and usage. Quarter 3 2025: Partnership reach out; additions to *Sanji 'n Frens* card catalog; development of white paper and pitch deck; begining work on dapp Phase 2 (arena design). Quarter 4 2025: Finalize arena design and provide Free2Play player versus player arena experiences for data collection and troubleshooting; continue partnership expansion; develop card catalog element for dapp. Quarter 1 2026: Release paid/prize player versus player games and tournament play; complete shop designs; begin revenue share and rewards collection in-dapp.
